EZ on the Earth is a division of Lighting Resources, one of the nation’s largest recyclers of fluorescent bulbs. Our single-minded focus at EZ on the Earth is to offer high quality environmentally beneficial products and services that also make sense from an economic perspective. Our Universal Waste Mail-Back Program is as Easy as 1, 2, 3!

  1. Prepaid mail-back containers are shipped to you with everything needed to properly pack and ship your spent light bulbs, batteries, mercury devices, Non-PCB ballasts, and electronics.
  2. Fill the interior bag with your spent items (per the enclosed instructions), seal the bag inside the container, and seal all box seams with 2” to 3” packing tape.
  3. Complete the enclosed prepaid return shipping label with your facility’s name and address and call FedEx Ground to pick up your full containers.

Your waste materials will be shipped to one of our fully permitted recycling facilities, and a certificate of recycling will be available online at certofrecycling.com. when the full container is returned.

Auto-Reorder ensures you will never be without a Recycle Kit when you need it

Our EZ on the Earth Recycle Kits can also be set up for auto-reorder. With auto re-order you will be automatically notified when a kit is returned for recycling allowing you to order again. The auto-reorder system keeps you in compliance and ensures you have a recycle kit available at all times.

EZ Recycling for Tritium Exit Signs

Ours is the easiest program available to properly manage tritium exit signs (self luminous exit signs that glow without electricity, also known as nuclear exit signs). Because these signs contain mildly radioactive tritium, they are regulated by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and must be handled according to a very specific process. Co-Branded Recycle Kits for Distributors

To assist even more generators of small quantities of waste and spent materials, EZ on the Earth offers free co-branding for environmental companies, lighting retrofit companies, and electrical distributors who want to offer a prepaid recycling kit program to their customers. EZ Recycle Kits help you and your customers properly recycle fluorescent tubes and other light bulbs, ballasts (non-PCB), batteries, mercury devices, and electronic scrap.

This service is available anywhere in the United States. Distributors who want to take advantage of this program do not need to physically manage any of the spent fluorescent lamps, batteries, ballasts, mercury devices or electronic waste. Once full the EZ on the Earth recycling kits will be shipped via FedEx back to fully permitted Lighting Resources, LLC to be properly recycled.
